Tom Dowden is a top Loan Officer in Northwest Arkansas. He has worked to help clients acquire & leverage real estate to build wealth and maximize retirement for over fifteen years. His reputation is built upon providing expert financial advice to his clients, real estate agents, investors and other financial advisors. 

Before founding the Dowden Mortgage Group in 2024, Tom worked for one of the top investment banks in the country, leading their Ultra High Net-Worth Lending Division for the Pacific Coast. In 2019 he achieved personal production of 167M in funded loan volume, making him one of the country’s top mortgage originators. 

Tom moved to Northwest Arkansas a few years ago and is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to his community. His talent is advising clients and their families on the best way to build personal wealth through homeownership.
